What services do we provide?
We can advise on the creation of your Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which will be in an approved format that is easy to read. It will outline any hazards involved in completing the task and the safeguards to put in place to safely do the task. They will be in the format that lists the Task and the Knowledge – How to do the job.
The SOPs are then split up into categories Administration (How to run the Business), Safety (Audit checks and Site Inspections) and Operational (How to carry out all tasks required).
We can assist you in preparing all Audit and Inspection sheets to ensure that your business is compliant in performing safety checks. The checks set up would be Audit (Assessment of the currency of all SOPs) Safety Checks (Office, Factory and On-site inspections).
We can aid in the preparation of all the forms to ensure that you have Continuous Improvement policies in place. All forms would be specific to your company with your logo on all documents and also involves a version control process.
We can perform a 3 Monthly visit to your company to conduct inspections and ensure that all processes are in place, as well as to help with maintaining your compliance.
At AGame, we can help remedy the difficult situation of non compliance through our extensive knowledge and firsthand experience.
